Welcome to Soul Dance Studio – where every movement tells a story, and every dancer finds their spark. Established in May 2025, Soul Dance Studio offers dynamic training in Contemporary, Modern, Lyrical, Jazz, Hip-Hop, body conditioning, Ballet and Acro.
Led by experienced instructor Paige Sundelson, we provide a supportive, inclusive space for dancers of all ages and levels.

Paige Sundelson
Soul Dance Studio was founded to create a space where dancers of all ages can grow, express, and thrive through movement. The studio is led by Paige Sundelson, a passionate and accomplished dancer and educator with over 15 years of training and performance experience.
Paige will be teaching Modern, Jazz , Lyrical, Contemporary, Ballet, Acrobatics, and Body Conditioning. She holds an Advanced 2 RAD Ballet certification and is a qualified Barre instructor, blending technique, strength, and conditioning into her classes.
Her background includes competing in national and international competitions, performing as a soloist and choreographer with Jozi Youth Dance Company (JYDC), and training with the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company in Israel. Her time with the OG team also shaped her artistry and approach to professional growth.
With a Foundation Phase education degree and over 5 years of teaching experience, Paige is deeply committed to developing young talent, encouraging creativity, and guiding dancers to reach their full potential.
Kayla-Lee Bodenstein
Kayla-Lee Bodenstein is a dedicated dance teacher trained in the RAD method, combining classical ballet technique with her extensive background in Pilates, specifically the BASI method, to create fluidity, strength, and precision in movement.
With a deep understanding of alignment, core stability, and functional conditioning, she integrates BASI Pilates principles seamlessly into her teaching, helping dancers and clients develop long lasting strength, improved technique, and greater body awareness.
Her passion lies in helping others discover balance, grace, and mindful movement, creating a space where students feel inspired, supported, and empowered in every class.
